How can I add text to the right hand side of the header?

  2. What kind of text? Image text? Or highlight-able regular text? Or moving your blog description over to the right-hand side?

    Or something else?

    Hi Ian,

I'd like to be able to put the date and addess of an event on the right hand side and change the blog description where it is

  4. You could absolutely position a text widget in the header. And the blog-description could be floated right.

    I'm a virgin - how do I do it?

  6. I'd have to spend some time doing a tutorial … which I don't have time to do. But! I've made this easier in Thematic 0.7. And I'll show you how to do that when that comes out.

Thanks Ian - in fact now I'm trying to put an image in the header as well. Been following the instructions in the other thread but can't get it to work :(
When will Thematic 0.7 be coming out?

  8. Technically it's available now.

Seems to be a dead end that link: The requested URL /svn/trunk/ thematic-read-only was not found on this server.
The other stuff I did not understand.

  10. You need to have subversion installed on your computer to download the trunk version.

You can find out far more than you'll ever need to learn about subversion here:

    http://svnbook.red-bean.com/

I'm only learning about it myself and I'll be the first to admit that it's somewhat intimidating. But! It lets me easily make Thematic open-source.

On Google code you can navigate to source > browse and view the latest code.
