Add link to pop-out media player in menu

    I want to put a "Radio" link into the menu. Then I want to be able to click on it and have it pop out to a small media player in a separate window. I made an html file in my child theme and tried using the Page Links To plugin but I want to be able to code it so the link does a "javascript:void(0)" job or something comparable. I'm guessing I'll have to alter my functions.php file. Any ideas?
