Add logo before blog title

    Hi,

    I want to have a logo to the left of my blog title. I followed the instructions to add Child Theme Options in functions.php. This is a link to a screenshot http://www.jamandcheese.be/dump/innovative.jpg
    How do I put logo-image before blog-title? Thanks...
