  1. Hello,
    I've seen and implemented the replacement of the header with the header image, and that worked great. But now I'm working on a different site and trying to add a small logo image to the left of the blog name and description, with the image vertically centered relative to the blog title and description. I was successful in getting the image in the header, but can't figure out how to get it vertically centered on the blog name and description. Has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks!

    Wow...weird. I was just trying to figure this out!

    Can you quickly explain as well how to implement the head image? I wanted to do one or the other.

    Thanks Spantry and others!

  3. Hi Wrastler,
    To replace the header with a clickable title, I used this code:
    /* The rest of the header may need margin and padding removed
    for this to work properly--play around with it */
    #blog-title a {
    display:block;
    text-indent:-9000px;
    height: XXpx; /* height of your header, like 180px */
    width: XXpx; /* width of your header, like 940px */
    background:url(images/something.gif) no-repeat top center;
    }
    #blog-description {
    position:absolute;
    left:-9000px; /* We avoid display:none because it's bad for SEO */
    }

    which was from Ian Stewart on another thread in this forum:

    I'd still like to be able to make a header that keeps the clickable text, but places an image to the left of it, still no luck.

    Hope this helps!
