    My website is

    I have three questions:

    1. How do I create two footers? I would like one for the homepage and one for every other page.

    2. In the category pages, if I go to a second or third page like this on the top is the nav buttons older and newer. How do I delete that on top? I just want those navigation buttons to be on the bottom of the page. Cant seem to find it in the thematic code.

    3. On blog posts, such as this: how do I float my facebook share button between the the digg and twitter button so that it in the middle of the two?

    Thank you!

  2. Hi Matt-

    1. You could install the Widget Context plugin.

    2. try `.paged #nav-above {

    3. apply float:left; width:33%; (or whatever width you choose) to each of the buttons' containing divs and lose the clearing divs.

  4. Lets see...

    1. This may get you a little closer to what you want. I'm assuming here that you're using the thematic options page to set the footer text. This example woulld set different footer text on the home page and all other's would default to the text set on the options page in the admin.

    function alt_footer($text) {
         if (is_home()) {
            $text='<span>It work only on the home page</span>';
         return $text;

    3. I'm wondering: How are you adding the social buttons? Which Plugins? Can you remove the inline style applied to them?
