Background animation cache issue

    I have some jQuery animations going on in the background of this site: http://alligatorland.net/

    All of that have been added via functions.php using thematic

    It seems when you navigate around the site, each page does a hard reload of the background scripts and images. Is there a way to minimize the loading on interior pages via cache or something?
