I'm currently attempting to modify the layout for my blog to match the rest of my webpage but can't seem to find a "Blog.php" file or specify which template my blog inherits. If someone could point me in that direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm guessing you have an existing website and have installed WordPress in a sub-domain. Since you're on this forum you must've also uploaded thematic and a childtheme? You can change the look of your blog by modifying the style.css file in your childtheme.
