  5. Hi. Try and add this code to the functions.php file. This code is tested and works. Just make sure every tag closes correctly.

    <?php
    /* Category instead of Pages Menu */
    function categ_menu() {
    ?>
    <div id="menu">

    • /" class="on">Home
    • <?php wp_list_categories('orderby=name&exlude=181&title_li=');
      $this_category = get_category($cat);
      if (get_category_children($this_category->cat_ID) != "") {
      echo "

      ";
      wp_list_categories('orderby=id&show_count=0&title_li=&use_desc_for_title=1&child_of='.$this_category->cat_ID);
      echo "
    ";
    }
    ?>

    </div>
    <?php
    }

    add_action('thematic_globalnav', 'categ_menu');
    ?>

  6. I've posted it again... Forgot to put the code tag.

    <?php
    /* Category instead of Pages Menu */
    function categ_menu() {
    ?>
    <div id="menu">

    • /" class="on">Home
    • <?php wp_list_categories('orderby=name&exlude=181&title_li=');
      $this_category = get_category($cat);
      if (get_category_children($this_category->cat_ID) != "") {
      echo "

      ";
      wp_list_categories('orderby=id&show_count=0&title_li=&use_desc_for_title=1&child_of='.$this_category->cat_ID);
      echo "
    ";
    }
    ?>

    </div>
    <?php
    }

    add_action('thematic_globalnav', 'categ_menu');
    ?>

  7. Sorry... just couldn't post the code correctly. There is an ul li code there that it's interpreted by the browser. I'll try and post on my blog a small tutorial today.

    oh cool thank u :). Posts in the Menu's I think is better handled by Category's or Tags because at least you can add content that way and get further away from the normal feel :). Makes it look better IMO if you can't post it to your blog you can always send the last bit on email :) ty again for the help,
