  1. So I've created a custom widget in my header and it shows up great everywhere else except for my blog section? For the life of me I can't figure out why???

    //Add widget for heading area top menu

    if ( function_exists('register_sidebar') )

    	register_sidebar(array(

    	'name' => 'Header Content'));

  2. it isn't enough to just register the widget area. you must tell it where to appear by defining the widget's function AND hook location. see this thread for an example

  3. But why would it show up for the rest of the website? What makes the blog section unique?
