    Hello

I'm using thematic to make a more or less static website. Right now I'm not using any sidebars, but I would like to have 2 columns of text in the pages I'm using in the #content area. I'm not sure how to go about.

    Any suggestions ?

    Thanks in advance,
    Roger

  2. Hi,
You could just try using the "magazine columns" plug-in. I have played around with it although not put it to use on my site and it works pretty well.

When you are writing your entry, go to the html view and and select begin and end columns as and when you need to.

I guess this is most useful if you want to divide a single text into 2 or more columns.

    Hi Paul

Thanks for the advice. Have installed the plugin and defined the begin and end columns but it doesnt seem to do anything. I'll fiddle around with it some more later.

r0ger: I recently came across the 'Page Columnist' plugin. Still testing this with the latest Wordpress release, but give it try.

On first glance, I found the plugin to extremely well-documented. And, the plugin appears to work okay with Wordress 2.8.6.

    Hope this helps.
