  1. I've recently switched back to the Power Blog (my child theme of) after a brief dalliance with the 2011 theme, and now I've got a few weird classes I need to deal with but I'm not sure the best way to do it.

Specifically, I need to get rid of the "pull" quotes, and replace alignright/left, with a simple right/left.

I'm sure there must be a safe way to do it via sql, but man oh man does that notion scare the bejeebers out of me. Any tips? Is there a better (saner) way to do this?

    Thanks :)

  2. not sure i follow you but wouldn't it be 100x easier to just update your CSS to account for the alignleft, alignright classes than to do an SQL query and change your content?

  3. That would probably be a hell of a lot easier :)

That will be the thing I tackle today...

  4. I used the search feature in phpmyadmin, as well as backing it up by using WP's own search feature to look for instances of the classes in question. It only turned out to be around 15 in total so I simply went in and edited those posts - some of it through phpmyadmin, but most of it I did right through WP. If it was a lot more, it would have been easy enough to add the css, but this worked out well too.
