  1. Hi,

    This is a wonderful theme. While I am not new to wordpress and making slight adjustment to themes, this theme goes way beyond my ability to make changes. Anyway, I was able to successfully install a header image as per the instructions elsewhere on this forum to add the following code to the end of style.css:

    #branding {
    background:transparent url(images/banner.jpg) no-repeat scroll center top;
    background-position: top;
    height:210px;
    position:relative;
    z-index:10;
    }

    It looks great and is exactly what I want, but I now have two issues:

    1.) The image (940X210) slightly overlaps the blue menu bar (adjusting pixels to say 200 or less doesn't seem to help), and worse than that
    2.) The menu bar is now non-functioning. (it works fine if I take the image code out.)

    If you want to look at it check out www.thechurchgeek.com. I am viewing in firefox if that makes any difference.

    thanks

  2. Hi,

    Have you tried setting the z-index to 0 or removing it completely.
    It should work and I can't think of any issues arising from it.

    Paul.
