    Hi, I´m using a childtheme for thematic, called Smarter by Cozmolabs.
    I posted my question on his forum, too. But no answer so far.

    Smarter uses a caroussel, showing pages.
    I would like to hide the page-title when shown in de the caroussel.

    This is the test-site: http://luciasnoei.nl/2q/.
    I think the answer is in this piece of PHP:

    <?php

    function smarter_add_stepcarousel( ) {
    	wp_enqueue_script( 'stepcarousel', get_bloginfo('template_directory').'/includes/js/stepcarousel.js', array( 'jquery' ) );
    	wp_enqueue_script( 'stepcarousel-setup', get_bloginfo('template_directory').'/includes/js/stepcarousel-setup.js', array( 'jquery' ) );
    }

    add_action( 'wp_print_scripts', 'smarter_add_stepcarousel' );

    ?>

    Cheers.

  2. That bit of PHP is calling your Javascript for your slider. You could try something like .entry-content h2 {display:none} in your CSS and that'll remove the slider's title.

    Hey, it worked!
    How could you (and can I learn to) see that .entry-content h2 is exclusively used for the slider's titles and not for titles elsewhere?
    Thank you!

  4. I used Firebug - http://getfirebug.com/ to display the css properties on the theme at Cozmolabs. keep this handy and you'll be able to find/isolate all your css properties.
