  1. Hi, very new to Thematic. Trying to help a friend fix her site.

    My problem is that on the following site:

    http://www.nudgeconsulting.com

    the Navigation name for each page also automatically appears as the name of each page in an <h1></h1> tag. I want to remove this name as the automatic page title. I know this is dead simple to someone who knows PHP but for the life of me I have not been able to figure it out in thematic.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  2. The navigation menu issue can be fixed by adding this to your child's theme function.php file:

    // Add 'Home' Menu Item

    function childtheme_menu_args($args) {
        $args = array(
            'show_home' => 'Home',
            'menu_class' => 'menu',
            'echo' => true
        );
    	return $args;
    }
    add_filter('wp_page_menu_args', 'childtheme_menu_args');

  3. Unfortunately that code was already in function.php so adding it didn't help nor did removing both. :(

    I don't want to Add "Home" to Navigation or as <h1>. I want to get rid of the automatic heading over my pages text.

  4. Hi,

    Firefox and the Firebug Addon will help :)

    Try:

    .page .entry-title {display: none;}
