I want my primary aside to contain Categories, Recent Posts, Recent Comments and Twitter feed and I want to use Mootools Slide (I think that's what it's called) to collapse them, so initially the user only sees what I listed above until they click on the title of each of those.

I think in order to do this I need to edit these Widgets within functions.php in order to change the code so that the structure is a bit different. Would editing this within functions.php be the way to go? I've had this working before but I handcoded it into the sidebar file. I'd rather not taint the Thematic parent theme by editing that file, so I'm wondering what the best way to do this would be.
