  1. This is what I ended up doing in a child theme because I just don't know how to write this in php for the functions file:

    <div id="header">
            <?php thematic_header() ?>
    <div id="tweettweet">
    <?php aktt_sidebar_tweets(); ?>
    </div>
        </div><!-- #header-->

    In the docs, there is a list of hooks, but I didn't find many further instructions, or examples that I could really base this off of. You can see it (for a couple days anyway) at http://desperatelyseekingwp.com/test

    Thanks for the help!

  2. Hi,

    it depends on where you need the code. The above mentioned example would be:

    function my_tweets() {?>
        <div id="tweettweet">
        <?php aktt_sidebar_tweets(); ?>
        </div>
    <?php
    }
    add_action('thematic_header', 'my_tweets', 8);

    Need to be in your child theme's functions.php.

    Prio 8 will put the code between branding and access.

  3. thanks so much, Chris. I hesitate about using this theme for a couple reasons:

    1 - how can you keep up the help/upgrades without compensation? (not that I don't appreciate it!)

    and 2 - I don't know php - and would need to rely *heavily* on documentation.

    I'm sure you've thought of these - how are you going to make it work?

    If I can ask one more q - what are Prio's? (Where's the docs on them?)

    THANK YOU!!

    ps - I just placed them in the div as mentioned, and let them fall where they may, then moved them in the css. :)
