    Hi, I'm using Thematic and a child theme autofocus+ (http://fthrwght.com/autofocus/). I've hit a wall in trying to integrate this code into my theme:

    Any pointers would be appreciated, it's probably a really easy problem to solve, as I'm a beginner, I've checked through the guides and resources on here and on other website, its just confusing as to where everything should go. I want the button to be displayed on every page of my blog. I guessed I should insert the style directly into my child themes stylesheet but then I have no idea where to put the <div id="suggestPost"></div> . Do I need to create a function for it?

  2. Yes the CSS should go in your child them's style.css and something like this needs to go in the child theme's functions.php:

    function my_tab() { ?>
    	<div id="suggestPost"><a href="#" >My Tab</a></div>
    <?php }
    add_action('thematic_abovecontainer','my_tab');

    Thanks so much, I made some other changes to it too and now it works perfectly, but it would of taken me ages to understand adding that function properly without your help.
