I'm looking for a dev who has a bunch of fancy-looking jQuery-rich themes on hand (maybe you sell stuff on theme forest or something), and can customize the layout of one to fit a project I have. I don't really have time to do the work, and I know there are folks who are faster and cheaper than me (i.e., folks who just do themes all day). It's a small project, so there's no designer & no one cares what the exact visual details are like -- it just has to be dark colored, modern-looking (jQuery slideshow, tabs, the usual fanciness….), and fit the purpose (electronic music zine).

I don't really care if it's developed with Thematic....but I sure prefer to use Thematic when I make stuff :-) ....

You can see layout wireframes & specs here:

If anyone wants to give me a quote or ask me more about the project, please email me snack detector all one word at gmail.
    Thanks,
    joshua

  2. if you don't care what it looks like why don't you just use a premium theme?

this might be perfect for a music theme:

or here's a list of sharp looking magazine themes... though there aren't a ton of "dark" magazines out there. probably b/c magazine style means "reading" and black on white is typically easier to read.
