List sub-categories of a specific category on a specific page

    Hey guys.

    I'm looking to list out the sub-categories of a specific category on a specific page.

    For example, I have a main category called "Cheese" with the sub-categories "American" & "Swiss". Now I created a random page called "Random". On "Random", I would like for "American" and "Swiss" to be listed there. Not the posts of these sub-categories, just the names of these sub-categories.. linking to their individual category pages.
