  1. Ian,

GREAT theme. I'm wondering if there is a way, using the functions.php file to create a magazine-style dropdown for my subnavs/child pages like the one here?

I've tried following the CatsWhoCode example but I can't seem to get it right based on sandbox's global nav.

(I've also tried the Multi-level Navigation Plugin that johnny baconbitz mentioned, but it's really not the type of dropdown I want for my site)

Can you point me in the right direction? I suspect the answer is in your post under Custom Menu Two: Make It Totally Custom but I haven't been able to get it right.

    My test site is here.

  2. More specifically, I've tried getting Darren Hoyt's example to work my tweaking his PHP and adding it to my functions.php file, but I can't get it to work. Can someone help a brother out?

  3. Here's how I'd try it: get the html to work with the CSS, inserting it by filtering the nav, just using dummy content. When that was working, try replacing the HTML with the appropriate PHP.
