Mark "resolved" when the issue is, um, resolved

    Hi everyone,
    Just a friendly reminder to all of us to mark your topic as "resolved" when the issue has been properly addressed. It makes it a lot easier for those helping out to scan through the list and see where help is still needed.

    word. don't know what you guys think, but i kind of wish people wouldn't bump old threads that have been marked resolved even if they have a similar issue. i think it is better to start a new one and reference the old.
