    how to increase size the text of the menu? and how to increase the width of contents?

    everything in your image is a CSS question. so you will have to learn some CSS. i recommend you install this in Firefox (or Chrome and Safari have their own built-in developer tools)

    http://www.getfirebug.com

    it will go a long way in helping you isolate the elements you are looking to change.... as well as let you play w/ CSS changes live.

    i know english isn't your first language, but have you done any research on how to use thematic with a child theme?

    all your style changes go in your child theme's style.css
    all function/php changes go in your child theme's functions.php
