I recently updated WordPress and my menu that appears in my header is missing. I have been trying to figure out where it is and why it is missing, but I've had no luck.

The problem I am having is in my header, specifically the access and branding divs. Malicious files were detected on my site and my host provider but it screwed up some of the code. For example if you click on my logo the link is broken. It has some weird code instead. Also recode for the menu must have been screwed with because it doesn't even create a menu. I think these are located in the functions but I can't figure out which one. I know that once I can find out where I need to look I should be able to figure out how to correct the code. So if someone could just point me in a direction, I would appreciate it. Like I said I think it's in the functions, I must be missing it.

I was able to just reinstall the theme and it corrected all my issues.
Sorry to hear about the hack. That's a bummer.
I see the menu in the src but I think you have some invalid html that is borking the page. The anchor tag href is broken in div id="blog-title"
Try validating your html to get a better look at the problem.
