   Hi all

   I'm having trouble getting my theme to show up on the themes page, getting the 'template is missing' message. I've been through various posts & sites relating to issues with broken templates, but still can't fix it.

   I can see, & edit, my theme in the browser however, so not sure whats happening!

   My style CSS starts:

   /*
   Theme Name: Seaside
   Theme URI:
   Description: HPWRT Theme CSS
   Author: Ben Lewis
   Author URI:
   Template: thematic
   Version: 1.0
   Tags: thematic
   .
   Thematic is © Ian Stewart http://themeshaper.com/
   .
   */

   Any help would be most appreciated!

   Do you also have Thematic installed? (that's the 'template')

   Yes, all installed, been over it several times, everything seems to be correct, and, as I say, I can work on / edit / update the site, its just not appearing in the themes section. Would reinstalling Thematic make a difference?

   hmm - yeah I'd try reinstalling a fresh copy of Thematic

   Well, after reinstalling thematic, still no joy, and having tested with different themes, and fresh installs, I just couldn't figure it out. So I decided it must be a file problem, maybe an upload thing? And lo & behold, my Transmit is uploading everything in binary - corrupting the files, causing the problem! I have a working theme now, so thanks for the help!

   For anybody else still having similar problems, it's worth double checking every part of the process!
