    Hi,
    I have placed an image in my header according to the suggestions here, i.e., placing the following code in my style.css:

    #blog-title a {
    background:url(images/jillijheader4.jpg) no-repeat top center;
    display:block;
    text-indent:0px;
    width: 720px;
    height: 182px;
    }

    However...the image seems to be bounded by some invisible box: It won't center in the middle of the page but instead is to the left. Even when I try to align it to the right, it doesn't make it much past the center.

    Can anyone advise?

    My site is polina-such.freehostia.com/videos

    Thank you!
    Robert

    it is actually centered, but the width of your #blog-title a is only 720px, but your #branding width is 940px. so the image is in the center of 720px not 940px.

    change it to

    #blog-title a {
      background:transparent url(images/jillijheader4.jpg) no-repeat center top;
      display:block;
      height:182px;
      text-indent:-9999px;
      width:940px;
    }

    be cool...J
