    Hi,

    I'm using the latest developer release (0.9.7.4) and have implemented a number of menus using this very helpful thread:

    http://forums.themeshaper.com/topic/thematic-menus-demystified-1#post-15706

    I need to replace the #access menu on the front page with a flash version of the menu. I thought I might be able to do this using childtheme_overide_access in my theme's function.php file like so:

    if (is_page_template('flash-home.php') ){

    function childtheme_override_access(){
    ?>
    <div id="access">

    //embedd my swf

    </div>
    <!-- #access -->
    <?php
    }
    }

    However, if I do this the menu remains the same. I tested the function itself by removing the conditional and the access menu disappears on every page of the site. I've tested replacing the content of the div with HTML with the same results. So I've come to the conclusion that either I'm using childtheme_override_access incorrectly or that it doesn't work in the current release.

    Any advice on what I might be doing wrong or an alternative method would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.
