    Hi, I'm using the Street Child Theme for Thematic and I'm having trouble reducing the space between the entry-meta information and the entry-content. I can set the entry-content padding in style.css to 0 0 0 0, but that still doesn't get rid of the space between the meta information and the start of the post. There are plenty of code sections for entry-meta, but none deal with padding, how can I reduce it?

    Also, this isn't quite related, but how do I edit the content of an archives page if it doesn't show up in archive.php or archives.php? I'm talking specifically about removing an RSS feed link in the content that shows up in the html source for the page, but I can't edit in the html box in Wordpress.

  2. Hi,

    you should install Firefox & Firebug .. the space beween entry-meta and entry-content is controlled by:

    .entry-content {
    padding:22px 0 0;
    }

    While I have nothing better to add, I did want to take the opportunity to second what Chris said about Firefox and firebug. These are hands down (in-my-humble opinion) vital to desiging, especially with WordPress.
