    I have two questions.

    I'm looking for a way to remove the hook <?php toolbox_content_nav( 'nav-above' ); ?> from the single.php page (not using it) and am not sure how to address the passed variable. The construct here is different then in thematic.

    Also I have some html I'm inserting after the_content via add_filer.

    function burn_single_addsocial($content) {
    /**
    * On single pages insert social media links
    *
    */
    if(is_single()) {
    $content .= '<div class="sociallist">
    <span class="twitter-inlist">...</span>
    <span class="google-inlist">...</span>
    <span class="fb-inlist">...</span>
    </div>';
    }
    return $content;
    }
    add_filter('the_content', 'burn_single_addsocial');

    I'd like to move it after the hook toolbox_content_nav('nav-below')
    but again am not sure how to address the passed variable. Any thoughts.

  2. are you using thematic?

    and you don't need to remove a hook as you just remove the functions from the hook... so that it is empty. an empty hook doesn't display anything.

    instead of filtering those social links into the content why not just echo that at any hook using add_action?
