    I am using a shopping cart plugin called Shopp that has editable php theme template files (copied into a new directory like a Thematic Child theme). I want to display a separate disclaimer on certain store category pages.

    The following does not work and I need help understanding why not before I even attempt to tackle the conditional aspect:

    Disclaimer:<?php include("http://tinycharmscandleandherbshoppe.com/inc/herb-disclaimer.inc"); ?>

    The word "Disclaimer:" shows. I have also pasted the url into my browser address bar and the file shows up. Any help will be much appreciated :-)

  2. don't you have to use paths for includes? like

    include(STYLESHEETPATH . 'inc/herb-disclaimer.inc');

    where /inc is a folder in the child theme?
