  1. I want to install the sexy comments plugin but the install requires editing the comments.php is there any way I can implenent this

    Replacing Your Comments with SexyComments
    Locate the template file in your theme that displays comments (typically comments.php). Remove the comment output loop and replace with:
    <?php sexycomments::show($comments); ?>
    with a function and if so how?

    as alway all help is appreciated

  2. Probably not the prettiest solution, but I'd make a copy of Thematic's comments.php file and place it in your child theme folder.

    Then find <?php wp_list_comments(list_comments_arg()); ?> and replace it with <?php sexycomments::show($comments); ?>

    I haven't used the Sexy Comments plugin so not sure how it works as a replacement to 2.7+ comments (as it seems it was last updated well before that).
