I could be wrong, but doesn't #container incorporate the sidebar? It certainly seems to in the default Thematic theme, pro version...

robo brought up an issue i'm struggling with myself -- what's the purpose of having #container wrapped around a single div#content? It seems redundant. If the sidebar and #content were at the same level, inside the #container, it would make swapping sidebars wayyy easier...
