I know it has been mentioned many times yet i haven't seen it implemented. I have set up a wiki and added many Thematic Functions to the site. It is currently hosted as a sub domain but i just started putting it together last night.

    Ideas for this project
    * Wiki For Thematic Hooks, Filters & Functions explaining them a bit more and listing them all in entirety.
    * Add more basic thematic addon functions and such

If anybody is interested in helping me add and maintain this project you can email me at danieliser at wizardinternetsolutions dot com or reply to this post.

The wiki is currently located at

I have just found WP Wiki Plugin and will be converting this into a WP theme using thematic instead of MediaWiki. Would rather show this theme off even more.

Wonder if each script could also be demoed on the same page?

    Just found this

Wanna try to incorporate some of those into the thematic theme.

The guide did get me started but it doesnt contain many functions that people ask about all the time. It is mostly how to use thematic in general. If you check the wiki i started **cough havent worked on much lately** it mostly contains ready to use code for simple functions such as header images, sliders, google analytics, Adding the changes neccessary to us Headspace2 etc. These are things that get brought up in the forums and quite often you dont even have to go to page 2 to see the last time it was talked about and answered. Put it somewhere they can find it without asking was my idea.

  6. if we can't get people to look on the 2nd page of the forum (and gods preserve them if they have to use the search) i'm not sure how we're going to get them to look at your wiki! :)

but in general i agree (or at least I hope) that if some of the questions that keep coming up could be answered somewhere perhaps it would reduce the number of repetitive queries. I think the Thematic guide is editable however.... so in theory if we had editor accounts we could post new sections there.

  7. We have some traction on an effort to revive and contribute to the Official Thematic Docs and Wiki over here:
