I'd like to scrap the extra widget and search columns, and instead just display the excerpts from the three most recent posts, or the three most recent post excerpts from three different categories.
I hope that makes sense. I'd also love any help with moving the search bar to the top (in the header) as I'm lost on that front.
A lot of experience with Wordpress in general but not Thematic. Love the idea behind it so far though.
