  1. I thought I post it here and shre it. This tutorial isnt recommended if you use action and filter hooks.

    Certainly is a nice slider.

    2 things ...

    1. There is no demo on your site.
    2. You don't mention whether the javascript to do the slider is pre-loaded in thematic or not. If not, how and where to install it?

I see there is a demo here: http://nivo.dev7studios.com/

  3. The demo of the slider is the one I'm using on my header http://z3olyte.com. And the slider can be downloaded here http://nivo.dev7studios.com/ at the bottom of the site. You install the plugin like you install any other wordpress plugin, in the wp-contents/plugins directory. The version I'm using is 1.2 and the latest is 2.0

Thanks for the feedback, and I'll add these to my post.

  4. Hi,

Did you run into any problems with nivo slider and the superfish menus?

I'm experiencing a z-index problem where the menu is disappearing behind the slider in Firefox.

    Thanks,
    Andy.

  6. well i tried following it, but something is borked. i get cryptic 'n is not defined errors'. Andy, et al... do you have suggestions/snippets for getting this up and running?

  7. Someone needs to write a jQuery Tools plugin. It's such a PITA to implement right now... but the end result is so much better and powerful.
