Hello all,
I'm setting up my first blog using a child theme for Thematic. So far, so good, but I have run into a problem that is probably simple to fix but a little over my head, though I feel like I've been google-ing and experimenting for hours.
I'm using the solution described here to show posts from categories on pages:

I have two pages in the main menu that I want to update automatically with posts -- I want one of these pages to show one full post, and the other page should show titles and excerpts of up to 20 posts. Is this doable? Any help you can offer would be truly appreciated.
