  1. Hello,

    I have the following problem on my website running WordPress as the CMS and a modified Thematic template...

    When I do a search through the search widget I get a proper results page with one little problem: the search results page shows the menu entry "Meldungen" highlighted (in the source code of the rendered page the menu entry gets a "current_page_parent" class). But I would like it not to highlight any menu entry as the search doesn't have anything to do with any of the pages in the menu.

    You can see the problem here: http://www.netzwerk-aeltere-migranten.de/de/?s=kontakt&searchsubmit=Finden

    What can I do to not have the any menu entry highlighted?

    Thank you and cheers,
    Arne

  2. Hi Arne,

    try this one:

    .search .sf-menu li.current_page_parent {background-color:#96BE0F;}

  3. Forgot to explain:

    .search is the body class of the search results page
    .sf-menu li.current_page_parent is the current page parent in your menu

    Combining both parts allows us to switch the current page parent to non-highlighted only on search results pages.
