    Is it kosher to post jobs for thematic developers here on these forums?

    I would think so yes, I think what would be frowned upon is suggesting paid services to someone asking a question instead of helping them... at least IMO

    Cool!

    I have a job for someone.

    I have a non-thematic theme that I bought. I like the front end design, but the back end is too heavy, buggy, and incompatible with many popular plugins. The developer is unhelpful.

    I have started to create a child theme and am struggling to find the time to finish the project. I would like somebody to finish the conversion to thematic child theme. For info and to submit a bid: contact chris at krowchukdressage dot com

    Pretty close. I need to talk with Gene and Ian about the timing. We have to close these forums, move the user base and the content to the new location, mark everything closed and start the new site. Sounds easy and Gene and Kathy already tested the move with an older backup. But everything needs to work within an hour or so. I hope that we can tell you more during the next week.
