   Hi, I'm finally getting into Thematic and have made lots of cool stuff using Filters and Hooks etc.
   BUT no matter what I try, I can't get Widgets to work.
   I'm trying to use the 3 subsidiaries in the Footer, and I add the Widgets via dashboard to them and click "save"... and nothing happens.
   I refresh the page and see nothing, and when I get out of the Widgets screen in the dashboard and come back there are no widgets registered.
   I have hardcoded some stuff into a new footer.php file, but I didn't remove any of the Thematic functions from there...
   This is really frustrating, If someone minds to help I'll be really grateful.

   Oh and the widgets from other areas don't appear to, the problem is not limited to the footer widgets.

   yeah, what was the problem? i've never had an issue w/ widgets not appearing
